Long Term Volunteers
Since the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina, Gustav and Ike, God has called many to serve in various forms in the city of New Orleans and in the southeast areas affected by those storms. Some volunteers have been here short term, others have been called to serve on a long-term basis and moved south to offer God and the people of New Orleans their gifts, talents and time. HisHands2Go has been blessed by many people that have done just that.
HH2G long-term volunteers live in New Orleans on one of our campuses and serve the people of the city everyday. They are committed to rebuilding and renewing homes and buildings, but mostly seeing the favor of God rest here and the people come to Christ in response to God's Spirit being poured out over New Orleans. The long-termers are the people that will lead you should you come to New Orleans on a short term mission trip with HH2G. They are a crazy crew ... full of faith and genuinely interested in seeing God work in your life.
